The Justice, Crime Prevention and Security (JCPS) Cluster Ministers and senior officials convened a special sitting on Monday, 14 April 2025, under the leadership of Cluster Co-Chairs, Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi of the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development and Minister of Police, Senzo Mchunu.
Today, Government, led by the Minister in The Presidency, Ms Khumbudzo Ntshavheni and Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Nobuhle Nkabane met with Vice Chancellors of Public Universities with the coordination of Universities South Africa (USAF) and the support of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO).

The Government Communication and Information System (GCIS), in partnership with the Apartheid Museum and Gibela Rail Consortium, will host activities to commemorate the 30 Years of Freedom and Democracy on 27 and 28th March 2025 in Gauteng province.
A youth dialogue will be held under the theme "Youth and Economy” in partnership with the Apartheid Museum to solicit the views of young people from the Southern region of Gauteng on how they can participate in economic opportunities.
