Media accreditation for the official memorial service and funeral of Dr Zola Skweyiya

Members of the media who wish to cover the memorial service and funeral of Dr Zola Skweyiya are advised to submit their personal details as per the registration form on http://www.gcis.gov.za/content/media-registration.  All fields must be completed.

Accreditation cards will be issued on the day of the memorial and a day before the funeral.  Dr Zola Skweyiya passed away on the 11^th of April 2018.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has declared a special official funeral, Category 1 for Dr Zola Skweyiya.  The Official Memorial Service will take place on Wednesday, 18 April 2018 at a venue that is still to be announced.

The funeral service will take place on Saturday, 21 April 2018 at CRC Church, Corner Lynnwood road and Solomon Mahlangu Drive, Pretoria.

The deadline for the submission of details is Tuesday, 17 April 2018 at 15:00.
