Deputy Minister of Communications, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams will do her 67-minute bit on the 21st July 2015, Kwalindile Village in Mthatha, Eastern Cape

The Deputy Minister of Communications, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams in partnership with Vodacom and Eastern Cape AIDS Council will first interact with the community, handover blankets to the elderly and needy, and handover schoolbags and water-bottles. Furthermore, donate schools shoes for both boys and girls, sanitary towels for the schoolgirls, mobile cyber lab with tablets, laptop, projector, white board and a printer.
During the interactions with the community, the Deputy Minister and her entourage will also participate in the planting of seedlings in few selected households.
