Ministers Collins Chabane and Trevor Manuel to brief the media on release of the green papers on performance monitoring and planning.

The two papers describe the process and provide guidance on performance monitoring and planning for government. The green papers will be released for public comment and discussion.

The briefing will be held as follows;
