The Minister of Communications, Ms Faith Muthambi MP, will address members of the media on the outcomes of the Cabinet meeting held yesterday in Pretoria. She will be joined by Minister in The Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr Jeff Radebe, who will also address media on the Medium Term Strategic Framework (MTSF).
