Stakeholder consultations by government on Gauteng Freeway Improvement Project: 15, 19, 21 Jun

Members of the media are advised that the Inter-Ministerial Committee on the Gauteng Freeway Improvement Project(GFIP), which is chaired by Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe, will be holding consultation meetings with various stakeholders.  This is a follow up on the commitment made by the Deputy President.

The consultation will take place as follows:

  • Friday 15 June with Business Unity SA
  • Tuesday, 19 June with Road Freight & Care Hire Associations
  • Thursday, 21 June with Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance (OUTA)

Members of the media are invited to attend the open sessions of the meeting between Government and BUSA on 15 June 2012 from 14h30-15h00.
