As part of the buildup activities to the 2nd Biennial Substance Abuse Summit, the Inter-Ministerial Committee (IMC) on Anti-Substance Abuse will tomorrow, 9 March 2011 hold a special meeting in Cape Town. On the agenda will be the discussion on the work of the committee and the state of readiness for the forthcoming substance abuse summit that will take place from 15-17 March 2011 at the International Convention Centre in Durban.
The Inter-Ministerial Committee will address a press conference on the outcomes of the meeting at a briefing to be held as follows:
