United States President Barrack Obama, Philippines President Benigno Aquino and President Jacob Zuma at Open Government Partnership launch. The initiative is "a global effort to make governments better, to offer citizens a "more transparent and effective government". The Partnership further commits members to the principles enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Convention against Corruption.
