President Zuma and President Kikwete meeting ahead of the High Level Panel to discuss the Ivory Coast crisis

President Jacob Zuma accompanied by his spouse Ms Bongiwe Ngema-Zuma arrives in France on a two day visit. President Zuma was welcomed by Mr D Caanepa, Prefect of Ille de France Region Military Governon of Paris. He was conducted to the Saluting Dais where he inspected the Guard of Honour.
