National Association of People Living with HIV and AIDS (NAPWA) HIV Counselling and Testing (HCT) Manager Portia Mlangeni and Positive Men’s movement of South Africa (POMESA) General Secretary Nkululeko Nxesi hands over 600 postcards at a media conference to Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe’s Advisor Dr Nono Simelela who collected them on behalf of the Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe. The postcards contained inputs from the National People’s Aids Assembly held in September. The participants in the Assembly wrote at least 5 points on their postcards on issues they want reflected on the National Aids Plan.
