Swearing in of Mr Mashatile as Minister of Arts and Culture
President Jacob Zuma met South African Council of Churches at the Union buildings
Mr Mashatile, who was appointed Minister of Arts and Culture on Sunday was not sworn in on Monday, as he first had to be sworn in as a Member of Parliament, is today sworn by Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.
