Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) General Secretary Zwelinzima Vavi looks on as Economic Development Minister Ebrahim Patel signs the Local Procurement Accord which was signed between business, unions and government on Monday in Pretoria, that committed the main economic groupings in South Africa to work together to increase the levels of goods and services bought from local producers with 75% local procurement.
