Tshabalala-Msimang to visit disability centres in Soshanguve: 3 November

Minister in The Presidency Dr Manto Tshabalala-Msimang will visit two disability centres in Soshanguve as part of government’s programme to improve the lives of people with disabilities. During the visit the Minister will also distribute agricultural starter packs.
