President Jacob Zuma has declared a Special Official Funeral for the former Minister of Sport and Recreation, the late Reverend Arnold Makhenkesi Stofile, who passed on Monday, 16 August 2016 at his home in Alice, in the Eastern Cape Province.
The burial of Reverend Stofile will take place on Thursday, 25 August 2016 at Fort Hare University in Alice.
Members of the media are invited to apply for accreditation by filling in their personal details as per table below and forward it to Ireen Magwai on Ireen@gcis.gov.za and Tabita Ngqunge on tabita@gcis.gov.za
The deadline for applications is Tuesday, 23 August 2016 at 15h00.
NB: No media will be allowed access to the venue without accreditation. Details for collection of accreditation cards will be communicated as soon as possible.
ID/Passport as well as a Press Card or letter from the Editor will be required at the accreditation centre.
